Shipping policy

JM Mon Terroir ensures the delivery of Products in the geographical areas specified on the Site. The Client can verify the availability of delivery to the desired address by providing the delivery information when validating the Order.

Delivery fees are the responsibility of the Client and are indicated when validating the Order. They vary depending on the delivery area, the weight of the Products, and the prevailing rates.

Delivery times are provided as an indication when validating the Order. JM Mon Terroir strives to meet these times but cannot be held responsible for any delays due to circumstances beyond its control, such as transportation issues, bad weather, or logistical constraints.

In case of a significant delivery delay, JM Mon Terroir commits to inform the Client as soon as possible and to find an appropriate solution, such as proposing a new delivery date or refunding the delivery fees.
