Buckwheat flour is a gluten-free and quality product.

We have selected for you a flour which is produced in the Astrié mill because it is reliable and allows you to obtain a good quality product. Thanks to it, all the substances released are intimately mixed, which makes it possible to obtain a calibrated flour type 80 in a single pass, and without the visible presence of bran .

This product is of incomparable quality because Horizon des Bastides makes its own wheat, grinds it and processes it on their property in Salles ( 47150).
