Woman I love you - 2005 - 50cl

We have selected 500mL bottles of 2005, sweet white wine from Château Montdoyen.

Tasting : Andréas LARSON, named Best Sommelier in the World 2007 , awarded this vintage a “ Top Pick Star ", thus classifying it in the category of the greatest sweet wines in the world (French translation): "Very rich, complex nose expressing honey, candied fruits, saffron and apricots, very good density, great extraction and length , succulent with complex roast notes at the end. A pleasant, deep golden color; the nose is very generous with some nuances of oak, marzipan, honey and apricots; the palate has immense sweetness and great concentration, a very long finish and already a good balance, even though it is very young and unfinished; he needs time to go around it and gain complexity; excellent material…”

Sweet wines, for passionate lovers, can be enjoyed from aperitif to dessert. Honor them with a terrine of fresh foie gras or a pan-fried foie gras, a sea bass cooked on its skin with a variegation of tomatoes on balsamic vinegar, a medallion of veal with mushrooms, duck with orange, grilled chicken or guinea fowl on acacia honey with a touch of ginger accompanied by peppers and lightly spiced vegetables, sweetbreads in sauce, blue cheese or, even, an apple puff pastry...

Grape varieties : 70% Sémillon, 20% Sauvignon, 10% Muscadelle.

Winemaking & aging : Vinification & aging in barrels for 26 months.
