They are very appreciated by gourmets who love the authentic taste of duck rillettes combined with a melting texture. And as the icing on the cake: real pieces of foie gras are incorporated.

You will find in these rillettes, above all, the authentic flavor of the Rillettes of yesteryear: a beautiful rich and melting texture and an incomparable flavor. But, above all, you will appreciate the large quantity of Foie Gras that we add, i.e. 25%.

Following the traditional recipe, these rillettes are cooked simply and without coloring or preservatives: a little salt, pepper, lots of duck meat and Foie Gras! Particularly tasty, their texture is very creamy and fragrant. The ducks that were chosen for this production all have a Duck Foie Gras origin from the South West, carefully raised and fed.
