Tourtière is a sweet cake, created from cooked apples covered with petals of fine dough stretched in the ancestral way by hand on large tables.
The pies must be reserved before Thursday evening, to be delivered on Saturday.
After watching her husband's great-grandmother make pies, Sophie quickly wanted her to pass on this know-how to be able to continue this culinary tradition. His tourtières are generous, flavored with rum and prune brandy, and crispy to perfection... a treat for the eyes and taste buds.
