This birch sap is harvested in the traditional way in La Forêt de la Bessède , located in the heart of the magnificent region of Périgord. On this family property, several generations have practiced environmentally friendly agriculture, thus preserving the richness and purity of our land.

Birch sap is renowned for its detoxifying and revitalizing properties, especially when consumed as a treatment in spring. One glass per day, preferably on an empty stomach, for 3 to 4 weeks, in addition to a balanced diet, allows you to fully benefit from its benefits for the body and mind.
