Since its creation in 1998 by Bruno Inquimbert, Fromagerie La Lémance has embodied the pioneering spirit and commitment to quality and organic products. A food engineer in a large cheese group, Bruno has always had the entrepreneurial desire to create exceptional products, worthy of French gastronomic heritage.
Setting up his first workshop just 5 kilometers from his childhood home, Bruno is making a meaningful return to his roots. He named his cheese factory after the river that rocked his childhood, the Lémance, thus testifying to his deep attachment to his roots and his terroir.
From its beginnings, La Lémance has displayed an unfailing commitment to organic products, quickly obtaining the organic label in 1999. This desire for excellence continues with an ever more demanding and supportive approach.
