But what sets La Ferme de Cor apart are its environmentally friendly working methods, inherited from previous generations. Everything is done manually, from planting to maintenance of the saffron plantation, including weeding, without any chemical treatment.
The commitment to organic farming is also reflected in the processing of products harvested on the farm. Jams with authentic flavors, refined saffron jelly, subtly flavored walnut oil, artisanal cider vinegar...
