Eyssal farm
At the heart of emblematic wine-growing lands, Ferme d'Eyssal embodies a story of passion and commitment. In 2007, Hugues Doche, imbued with a love of the land and animals, decided to make his dream come true by becoming a dairy processor. Accompanied by his partner Fanny, he joined the GAEC of Eyssal to bring their common project to life.
Driven by the desire to preserve an environment rich in biodiversity, Hugues and Fanny quickly made the choice of organic, then biodynamic, farming. This approach respectful of nature has allowed them to establish themselves while respecting ecological balances, while offering exceptional quality to their products.
The livestock of the Ferme d'Eyssal has around twenty cows and around fifteen calves of the Tarentaise breed, raised in privileged conditions. Fed exclusively on grass, without the use of cereals, the animals benefit from a natural and balanced diet, guaranteeing the quality and authenticity of the cheeses produced.
