Tome of Eyssal

We have selected an organic cheese for you called La tome d'Eyssal. This cow's cheese is raw milk from Périgord and has been matured for 2-3 months, which makes it a very fragrant and slightly soft product.

It is a cheese which is produced in Dordogne by a farm which raises currently 35 dairy cows which are fed only on grass, hay, salt, and water.
