We have selected for you a soft butter and a salted butter produced in Lot-et-Garonne with a traditional recipe. It is an extra-fine churned butter, meaning it was created from matured cream and churned in the old-fashioned way.
The milk used was fermented for 24 hours, compared to 12 hours in general, which allows for a superior quality product rich in flavors.
It can be noted that only 10% of butter production in France is done using a churn.
You can use this butter on toast for breakfast or by adding it to aperitif toasts, in dishes as well as in cake recipes.
