This Monbazillac Duck Cream is particularly renowned for its creaminess, the finesse of its texture but also and above all for its taste qualities imbued with the powerful aromas of duck and the delicate and fruity scent of Monbazillac wine, typical of our Dordogne region.
You will really appreciate its mild, even slightly sweet aromas. This recipe combines, as our Chef regularly seeks to do through his recipes, the tradition of our authentic and natural flavors with quite innovative and original flavors.
This Cream is made up of a simple and carefully studied seasoning and a generous quantity of duck meat.
The ducks that were chosen for this production have a Duck Foie Gras origin from the South West. They have been carefully selected for their quality enabled by balanced food and their provenance, which allows us to create beautiful gourmet recipes.
Composition : Duck meat 40%, chicken liver, milk, eggs , potato starch, Monbazillac AOC 3%, lactoproteins , salt, sugar, pepper, sulphites .
