The entrecôte is the most representative piece of beef. She comes from the middle of the rib train. This cut of meat is one of the best to grill. The beef entrecôte has good marbling with short fibers. It is tender and tasty.

Our organic beef steak comes from beef raised on our organic farm. We breed two courses which adapt to large thermal amplitudes. Breeding takes place in the open air and without chemicals. We prioritize animal welfare in order to obtain better quality meat.

Regardless of the cooking method you choose, it is best to remove the steak from the freezer or refrigerator and let the meat rest at room temperature to prevent the steak from hardening while cooking. (1 hour before taking out of the fridge)

The types of preparations for this piece are numerous, but here are two of the most popular:

Entrecôte in the oven, generally the cooking time is around 25 minutes per kilo of meat. Season the meat and sear it for one to two minutes in the pan before cooking it in the oven.

Grilled barbecue entrecôte: a simple, but completely delicious recipe.

Whatever your preference, let your meat rest for 10 to 15 minutes after cooking.

You can accompany your dish with carrots, potatoes, rice...according to your choice for succulent tasting.
