“State of mind” – Red 2018

We have selected 2018 750mL bottles of red wine from Château Montdoyen.

This magnificent “Etat d’Esprit” is the archetype of a wine for aging: rich with a very beautiful aromatic complicity and a dense and long mouth.

Enjoy with a pigeon or roast poultry, a piece of beef, a rack or chops of lamb, a venison jig or a woodcock with porcini mushrooms and truffles.

Grape varieties: 50% Merlot, 50% Malbec.

Vinification: long vatting then aging in new 500 L barrels for 18 months.
