T55 wheat flour is the common flour for baking.
We have selected for you a flour which is produced in the Astrié mill because it is reliable and allows you to obtain a good quality product. Thanks to it, all the substances released are intimately mixed, which makes it possible to obtain a calibrated flour type 80 in a single pass, and without the visible presence of bran.
This product is of incomparable quality because Horizon des Bastides makes its own wheat, grinds it and processes it on their property in Salles ( 47150).
