We have selected a whole goose foie gras which has won several medals at the Concours Agricole de Paris as well as the Concours des Palmes d'Or du Périgord.
This Foie Gras is of incomparable finesse and creaminess. It comes from high quality Périgord Foie Gras, cooked naturally.
This foie gras comes from a single liver, that of a Périgord goose, selected for its beautiful yellow color, its suppleness and its size. To preserve all the flavor of whole goose foie gras, we prepare it in an artisanal way and without adding colorings or preservatives. A little salt and pepper and the magic happens naturally.
