Le Délice was so called because it delights young and old gourmets alike in search of authentic and tasty flavors.
Cooked according to the traditional Périgord recipe, it is fine and very fragrant thanks to the large quantity of Duck Foie Gras, coated with tasty pork belly and lightly scented with Cognac.
The Duck Foie Gras that were chosen for this production all have an origin and a Duck Foie Gras label from the South West. They were purchased from farms in the South-West for their color, texture and flexibility, which are essential indicators in the choice of raw materials.

Composition : Pork meat (French origin) coating 25% block of duck foie gras with pieces, eggs (French origin), salt, Cognac, pork gelatin , pepper, sugar.
