“Special fried” potatoes have a high dry matter content, so they absorb little oil.
We offer you category 1 potatoes, meaning they are of very good quality and have a regular shape.

These potatoes come 100% from Marmande (47) during the period from May to September. The rest of the year, it is the seeds of Marmande, but which are sent to be sown in Hauts-de-France.

Preparation advice
Peel your potatoes and cut them into fries. Put some oil to cook in a deep fryer or pot. Then immerse your fries in it for around 20 minutes (cooking time to be monitored depending on the size of your fries and your preferences). When they have a golden color, remove them and put them in a salad bowl. Add salt and pepper, then... Enjoy!
