Whichever method of cooking you choose, it's best to take the chicken out of the freezer or refrigerator and let the chicken rest at room temperature to prevent the meat from toughening as it cooks.

There are many types of preparations for this piece, but here is the most popular:

Roast chicken, generally the cooking time is about 45 minutes per kilo of meat and cook until it reaches 82C. Prepare with a drizzle of oil, salt and pepper and a few cloves of garlic inside the chicken.

You can accompany your dish with carrots, potatoes, rice...according to your choice for a succulent tasting.
