We present to you the artisanal Raclette with chili, a cheese typical of our Lot-et-Garonnais terroirs from a 24 hours, compared to 12 hours in general, which allows you to have a product of superior quality and rich in flavors.

Carefully made using traditional methods, this artisanal cheese combines the sweetness of pasteurized cow's milk with the delicate flavor of chili pepper. Its supple and melting texture, obtained thanks to a pressed dough, guarantees a creamy experience when tasting it.

Produced with milk from local cows that graze within 30 km of the cheese factory, this cheese is matured for at least 8 weeks.

It lends itself perfectly to convivial moments around a raclette or as an accompaniment to other cheeses on a platter.

Preparation advice

It will be perfect at the end of a meal accompanied by a salad seasoned with a vinaigrette; or during a raclette evening.
