Duck rilettes

These Duck Rillettes have won medals for years at the Concours Agricole de Paris.

If they are so successful, it is because they appeal to lovers of old-fashioned rillettes, 100% Duck! These Rillettes are an ideal starter, full of flavors, on toasted toast. They are renowned for their great taste quality and their creamy texture which always brings us back to the authentic flavors of our childhood.

The ducks that were chosen for this production all have a foie gras duck origin from the South West. They have been carefully raised and fed according to very strict specifications, which allows us to obtain top quality duck meat and to develop a delicious recipe for Rillettes Made In Périgord.
