Our Duck Terrine with Sauternes is one of our most appreciated terrines for the delicacy of its flesh and its aromas. This Terrine is also one of our pâtés with the most subtle flavor.
Particularly tasty, its texture is very creamy and fragrant. This recipe is both based on our traditional Périgord cuisine to which we have added a slightly more innovative and original flavor.
The ducks that were chosen for this production have been carefully selected for their taste qualities and their Duck Foie Gras origin from the South West.
Composition : Duck meat 47%, pork liver, eggs, milk , Sauternes 2%, pork gelatin, salt, sugar, pepper, sulphites .
